CV Analyser - Data Processing
Data Collected
When you use our CV Analyser service, we collect and process:
- CV File: Document uploaded in PDF or DOCX format
- Personal CV Data: Name, contact, professional experience,
academic background, skills
- Contact Data: Email and mobile phone for report delivery (paid
service only)
Purpose of Processing
Data is processed exclusively for:
- Automatic analysis of the CV's structure and content
- Generation of a personalized report with recommendations
- Sending the report to the provided email (paid service)
Legal Basis
The processing is based on your explicit consent, given at the
moment of uploading the CV.
Storage and Retention
- Free Analysis: The CV is processed locally in your browser and is not
sent to our servers. No data is stored.
- Paid Report: The CV and analysis data are temporarily stored
(base64) in Google Cloud Datastore only during the payment process and report delivery.
Data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with:
- Google Cloud Platform: Secure hosting and processing (paid service)
- Brevo (Sendinblue): Sending transactional emails with report
- Ifthenpay: MB WAY payment processing
- Google AI (Gemini): CV content analysis (anonymized data)
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- SSL/TLS encryption on all communications
- Secure storage in base64
- Restricted access to data by authorized personnel
- Automatic deletion after retention period

The Career Path is a digital product that generates a personalized career plan based on the professional data provided by the user. The service costs €19.99.

When you use Career Path, we collect and process:
- Professional Data: Professional experience, skills, and career goals provided through the form
- Contact Data: Email for delivery of the generated career plan

Data is processed exclusively for:
- Generating the personalized career plan using artificial intelligence
- Sending the career plan to the provided email

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given at the moment of filling out the form and making the payment.
Storage and Retention
Professional data and the generated career plan are temporarily stored during the payment and delivery process. Data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

- Brevo (Sendinblue): Sending the career plan by email

Accepted Payment Methods
The Share2Inspire site accepts the following payment methods:
- PayPal: Secure payment via the PayPal platform
- Stripe: Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
How We Process Payments
Share2Inspire does not store or have access to credit or debit card data. All payment data is processed directly and securely by our payment partners:
- PayPal: PayPal payments are fully processed by the PayPal platform, subject to its Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Card payments are fully processed by Stripe, Inc., subject to its Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI DSS level 1 certified, the highest payment processing security standard.
Billing Data
For billing and transaction record purposes, we may store:
- Transaction reference (payment ID)
- Transaction amount and date
- Email associated with the payment
This data is kept for the legally required period for tax and accounting purposes.
Share2Inspire Job Saver — Chrome Extension
Service Description
The Share2Inspire Job Saver is a free extension for the Google Chrome browser that allows users to detect and save job offers from supported platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Adzuna) directly to their Share2Inspire member area.
Data Collected
When you use the Job Saver extension, the following data is collected from the job offer page you are viewing:
- Job Title: The job offer title
- Company Name: The name of the hiring company
- Location: The job's location as presented in the ad
- Source URL: The address of the job offer page
- Platform: The source platform (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or Adzuna)
The extension does not collect any personal data, browsing history, cookies, credentials, or any information beyond the job offer details described above.
Purpose of Processing
Data is processed exclusively to:
- Display the detected job details in the extension’s sidebar panel
- Save job offers in the user's Share2Inspire member area for later reference
- Export saved jobs in CSV format
Storage and Retention
- Local Storage: Saved jobs are stored locally in the browser via
chrome.storage.local. This data remains on the user’s device and is not transmitted to external servers, except when the user is authenticated in their Share2Inspire account.
- Cloud Storage: When authenticated, saved jobs are synchronized with the user’s Share2Inspire member area via Supabase (secure cloud database). Data is retained as long as the user’s account remains active.
Data Sharing
Data for jobs saved through the extension is not shared with third parties. Data is only transmitted to:
- Supabase: Secure cloud database to store saved jobs in the user’s member area (only when authenticated)
Permissions
The extension requires the following browser permissions:
- activeTab: To detect job offer pages when the user clicks the extension icon
- storage: To locally save job offers on the user’s device
- scripting: To extract job details (title, company, location) from supported job platforms
- sidePanel: To display the list of saved jobs in a browser sidebar panel
- Host Permissions: Limited to linkedin.com, indeed.com, glassdoor.com, and adzuna.com to detect and extract job offer information
Security
We implement the following measures to protect your data:
- All communications with the cloud database use SSL/TLS encryption
- The extension does not execute remote code
- No data is collected or transmitted when the extension is not actively used
- The extension only accesses the content of pages on the four supported job platforms
