CV Analyser - Data Processing

Service Description

The CV Analyser is a digital product that uses artificial intelligence to analyse your CV and generate a personalised report with recommendations. The paid report is priced at $5. A free basic analysis is also available.

Data Collected

When you use our CV Analyser service, we collect and process:

  • CV File: Document uploaded in PDF or DOCX format
  • Personal Data from CV: Name, contact information, professional experience, education, skills
  • Contact Data: Email and phone number for report delivery (paid service only)

Purpose of Processing

The data is processed exclusively for:

  • Automatic analysis of the CV's structure and content
  • Generation of a personalised report with recommendations
  • Sending the report to the provided email (paid service)

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, provided at the time of CV upload.

Storage and Retention

  • Free Analysis: The CV is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers. No data is stored.
  • Paid Report: The CV and analysis data are temporarily stored (base64) in Google Cloud Datastore only during the payment and report delivery process. The data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

  • Google Cloud Platform: Secure hosting and processing (paid service)
  • Brevo (Sendinblue): Sending transactional emails with the report
  • Google AI (Gemini): CV content analysis (anonymised data)
  • PayPal / Stripe: Payment processing (see Payments section)

Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • SSL/TLS encryption in all communications
  • Secure storage in base64
  • Restricted access to data by authorised personnel
  • Automatic deletion after the retention period

  • Contact Data: Email for delivery of the generated career plan

  • Generation of the personalised career plan using artificial intelligence
  • Sending the career plan to the provided email

Processing is based on your explicit consent, provided at the time of completing the form and making the payment.

Storage and Retention

The professional data and the generated career plan are stored temporarily during the payment and delivery process. The data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

  • Google AI (Gemini): Generation of the personalised career plan
  • Brevo (Sendinblue): Sending the career plan by email
  • PayPal / Stripe: Payment processing (see Payments section)

Accepted Payment Methods

The Share2Inspire website accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: Secure payment through the PayPal platform
  • Stripe: Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

How We Process Payments

Share2Inspire does not store or have access to credit or debit card data. All payment data is processed directly and securely by our payment partners:

  • PayPal: PayPal payments are processed entirely by the PayPal platform, subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe, Inc., subject to their Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard for payment processing.

Billing Data

For billing and transaction record purposes, we may store:

  • Transaction reference (payment ID)
  • Transaction amount and date
  • Email associated with the payment

This data is retained for the legally required period for tax and accounting purposes.
